It was built in 1990 and partially refurbished in 2001. It is scheduled to be fully refurbished in 2011. There is lots of brightness in the office floors due to two interior courtyards and also due to the building’s four curtain walls. Each floor comprises one core of lifts-rest rooms and stairs that determine its layout. This layout provides great flexibility for the floor’s division and enables to make better use of the space.
Valle de la Fuenfría 3, with 5,988 m² lettable surfaces, is located in Mirasierra area quite close to M-30 and M-40 ring roads and M-607 highway (Madrid-Colmenar Viejo). The public transport will be clearly improved after the openings of the new underground station corresponding to Line 9 and also the new suburban railway station in Costa Brava street.
