The building is designed to have maximum flexibility by using a 2-pipes ventilation system VRF from Mitsubishi, electric, without emission of harmful gases. The unused heat is recovered and reused in the system, optimized through BMS. It is a new and very flexible system that allows simultaneous intake of cold and warm air, so that small areas of users to be able to adjust the temperature independently from the rest of the space. 30% of the façade windows are openable, allowing natural ventilation and the comfort of employees.The heat transfer coefficient of glass area is 1.1 which ensures good insulation.
