Habitech, in collaboration with the Building Research Establishment - BRE, organized the first training course in Italy BREEAM, open to all professionals who want to expand their skills certification to international horizons. This course is promoted and sponsored by rebuilding the network , the network of Italian companies serving the energy upgrading and enhancement of buildings , in order to support and project construction professionals in the Italian market through the European and international BREEAM certification of skills. Habitech is a partner in rebuilding the network with Harley & Dikkinson Finance, Maytag, Riello, Saint-Gobain Italy and Schneider Electric. 

BREEAM is an acronym for " BRE Environmental Assessment Method " , or "evaluation methodology BRE Environmental. This is the first and most widespread environmental assessment protocol in the world, that sets the standard for green building higher quality and has become the de facto assessment methodology used to represent the environmental performance of a building. Already a strategic tool of the "Green Deal" British BREEAM is present on the market for over 20 years and now boasts more than 250,000 buildings certified in more than 50 countries around the world. Specifically, Habitech held two training courses at different levels: the first is for the application, the second is a complete course in the awarding . • "BREEAM AWARENESS" January 24, 2014 at the Milan showroom of iGuzzini, Via San Damiano 3, Milan: a day of training on the basics of BREEAM certification, to understand how to insert the criteria within the project of building sustainability. • "BREEAM INTERNATIONAL NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSESSOR" 11 to 13 March: the training course to become a BREEAM certification. Through a process of e-learning and lectures, the candidates will have the opportunity to take the final exam and qualify international "BREEAM New Construction Assessor."
