The house was built in 1988 and consists of two twin buildings of 4 floors with a large shared atrium. The premises are mixed cellular office with the office. Each floor has a room where the main part is open toward the glazed atrium with views of the River Göta älv. In the atrium is a restaurant. In the basement are two separate shower rooms with attached sauna.
Gullbergsvass in general and Little Boom in particular is one of Gothenburg's best office locations in close proximity to public transportation, downtown and the river.
