Skanska maintains momentum in the CEE office transaction market

Warsaw, 2nd October 2015 After the record-breaking year 2014, when nine office buildings were sold, Skanska Commercial Development Europe expects that 2015 will be another very good year in its history. Favorable conditions in the office market are attracting investors to this part of Europe. The sale of Malta House in the Polish city Poznan was finalized in August and Skanska is at the advanced stages of sale negotiations in three CEE countries.

BREEAM for Duna Office Center

HUNGARY Duna Office Center on Budapest’s Váci út office corridor has been awarded BREEAM In-Use International certification at the ‘Good’ level.

CEE goes green

CEE REGION About 1.75 mln sqm of existing office space in the CEE region has been certified and another 2.5 mln sqm of existing offices have been registered with the aim of achieving green certification, according to the ‘Offices: Going Green in the CEE’ report just published by JLL.
