The Pilke office building adopted various environmentally-friendly and sustainable elements during the planning and construction stage, with a specific focus on energy efficiency. This made the building among one of the first office buildings in Finland to be classified in energy class A. Plaza Pilke is the first completed building of the third phase in Plaza Business Park near Helsinki Airport. The building shape is rather compact with a large atrium towards the north for daylight penetration. The plan arrangement is flexible and the tenants can choose both open landscape and cell office rooms.
Pilke is the first of a total of five Plaza Business Park office buildings to be constructed along Ring III.
