Uarda 1

The building is simple in form and systematically designed as the letter "H". Plan form is effective and provides closeness with effective lines of communication between all employees. A form that provides great transparency and many opportunities for vistas. The two glazed halos may vary in nature - the North Face against the lively Events Way and the Southern against the leafy park. Around the atrium junction with lifts and the characteristic Steps gather gladly for a cup of coffee and spontaneous or planned meetings.

The district's geographic location is exceptionally good. Arenastaden is strategically located in Solna station for commuter trains, the future light rail line ends here, district has close proximity to the E4 and E18, with arlandastad and Bromma al ygplats accessible. When commuter trains in 2017 have their own tracks in Stockholm, they can go more often and more quickly. City Line's two new stations in Stockholm City, T-Central and Odenplan, create shorter travel times and easier prey due to commuter trains and subway integrated into a traffic ksystem. 1,000,000 people live in less than 30 minutes travel time from Arena City. For very many, this is a much better location terms of communication than the city.

Uarda 1 will be classified as Silver under the Sweden Green Building Council, but will achieve Gold status from an energy perspective. The material in the exterior is selected in consideration of energy efficiency and sustainability from a life cycle perspective. On the inside of the building, materials and points of light entry have elements of “Scandinavian modernism,” with an emphasis on natural materials, such as stone and light wood.
