The building by Stig Lommers Space provides a inviting access from the station to Flintholm Company House and to the neighborhood as a whole. Square platform level creates a comfortable space for outdoor seating and exploitation of the sunny part. A wide staircase allows to reach the upper part by Stig Lommers Square. This created an environment with outdoor seating,
access to the center and bicycle parking. As an integral part of the building will be established parking spaces. Flintholm Company House constructed as a green building by
EU standard. This means that businesses can expect lower expenditure on energy in the building, and also being able to signal accountability for environmental and sustainability.
