Nordic Light offices is Skanska Property Hungary’s next LEED pre-certified project in the pipeline. The office complex will be developed in two phases. Project completion is planned in Q2 and Q3 2016.

The building performed exceptionally well in all sustainability criteria of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design international green building certification system (LEED), and acquired the Gold level pre-certification for core and shell.
