In keeping with the Green Office® concept, this seven-storey building will be "positive energy", meaning that it will produce more energy than it will consume for its operation. To produce energy, the building will be equipped with 1,000 m² of monocrystalline, high-yield photovoltaic solar panels. It will also be fitted with a highly efficient geothermal system using groundwater, combined with a heat pump, to produce heating and cooling. Through these choices, Atlantica can stake a claim to NF Bâtiments Tertiaires - Démarche HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification for office buildings and an excellent level Passeport HQE international certification.
