The building was designed in a way to combine the modern glass façade with the classicist style built so called “museum wing”. Due to that prudent “long term” and “value creating”
design, beside the characteristic picture of the building, all premises are bright by natural light.
From the 4th floor a brides connect the two towers on every higher levels giving a special atmosphere and beautiful city view to these special premises.
There are 24/7 reception and security for the tenants and their guests, in-house maintenance service is also available in business hours. A pharmacy, a bank (24/7 ATM service) and a cafeteria (wifi hot-spot) are also placed at the ground floor of the building. Close to the Kálvin Square Office Builidng, at the newly renovated Kálvin Square, the Kecskeméti Street and the Ráday “Gastro Street” offer many options for dining (selection of international cuisine).
Due to the modern technical implementations of the office complex, highly efficient BMS and HVAC, life safety systems (e.g.: fire and smoke detector), openable windows, suspended ceiling and raised floor serve the comfort and the security of the Lessees. The Office building offers free of charge usage of the central server room for the tenant in the proportional part of the leased areas. The building also can provide storage and parking opportunities at the basement.
Kálvin Square internal leased areas can be fitted out on high efficient way because of the flexible and effective layout of the floors. Kálvin Square is one of the most prestigious office buildings in downtown Budapest owing to its construction, location and the endowments of its neighborhood.
Kálvin Square Office Building is at Kálvin Square, one of the busiest junctions at the heart of Budapest. Due to outstanding location it can be reached both by car and public transport easily (metro 3, trams 47 and 49, buses 8, 9, 15, 112 and 115). Liszt Ferenc International Airport is in 20-, downtown is in 5 minutes driving distance.
The Kalvin Square office building hosted an unique art event in late October, with its façade turned into an extraordinary, vertical stage by dancers performing in the air, hanging from ropes, under the auspices of the 26th Café Budapest Festival of Contemporary Art.
