AFI Europe

AFI Europe Romania is a real estate investment and development company active in Romania since 2005, subsidiary of AFI Europe which is a division of the Africa Israel Group. AFI Europe is operating in the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) and South Eastern Europe (SEE) Markets, with a focus on development of large scale commercial and residential real estate projects. AFI Europe has established a track record of developing and managing real estate projects and properties in these regions and its activities include the identification and evaluation of opportunities, preparation of designs, securing permits, purchase of land and construction management, followed by the operation of commercial properties, or sale of apartments in the residential projects. AFI Europe is currently developing and managing projects in the Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia, Bulgaria, Germany, Latvia, Poland and Hungary. In Romania, AFI Europe is developing large-scale office complexes, shopping malls and commercial centers. In addition to AFI Palace Cotroceni and AFI Park, AFI’s investment strategy is to develop its commercial land bank: for the short term focusing on AFI Park 2, AFI Palace Ploiesti, AFI Palace B.Noi and AFI Palace Arad, and for the mid-long term on the AFI Park 3, 4, 5 and AFI Business Center.
