The hall aspires to high evaluation within the ecological certification
The hall aspires to a very high evaluation within the ecological certification BREEAM 2016 New Construction according to the latest standards at the Excellent level. This is due, among other things, to the natural elements, which go far beyond the normal surroundings of an industrial building due to their structure and scope. In the area, there is an insect hotel, a lizard farm, a beetle, beehives, and a flower meadow for butterflies. A frog castle will be built next to the retention reservoir, and hedgehog houses are also planned for the future. The high standard of sustainable development is also shown by the hall itself, which has LED lighting with zoning, exterior blinds, and air handling units with recuperation.

Like 10 years ago, every new job, every penny invested and production discipline is counted today. I firmly believe that the appetite for companies will last next year and that in this way we will eventually win over the virus, at least in the economic field," says Pavel Sovička, Panattoni's General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Lindab is already successfully operating a production facility in Prague-west and gaining new growth opportunities by expanding to new premises in Panattoni Park Prague Airport II.
The new hall means shorter delivery times
"Within the sales units Lindab Vzduchotechnika and Lindab Profile, we are looking for opportunities to further develop our business activities on the Czech market and get even closer to our customers. Thanks to the new hall, we will offer distributors, implementation companies, but also end customers better service, more affordable products, and shorter delivery times. The building also includes a distribution warehouse for customers,” says Michal Klimovič, CEO of Lindab Czech Republic.
"After more than four years, we are approaching the finals in Pavlov. It was a pleasure to watch how Panattoni improves with each "kick-off" not only the building itself but also the surroundings of the logistics park, which has changed beyond recognition over the years. Over the years, Pavlov has become a "home" for many renowned companies. With the completion of the construction of the last building in the area, the move of Lindab to new premises represents an imaginary icing on the cake for us,” says Monika Hubková, the asset manager of the LOGISTIS fund, deputy owner of the logistics park in Pavlov.
One of the fastest-growing industrial zones
In the five years since its inception, Panattoni Park Prague Airport II has developed into one of the fastest-growing industrial zones in the Czech Republic. The complex with six modern halls and a total area of over 120,000 m2 provides facilities for renowned international companies such as Panalpina, Huajie, DSV and Tirex Tire. The industrial park benefits in particular from the excellent connection to the D6 motorway and the immediate vicinity of Václav Havel Airport. Several hundred employees from Kladno and the surrounding area have already found work in the production and logistics premises.
