The converted historic tenement house at ul. Jasna 26 will be completed in Q2 next year and will offer pp. 5,500 sqm gla. Its anchor tenant will be the Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm with a lease of 4,650 sqm.
Jasna 26 applies for BREEAM
POLAND Mermaid Properties has decided to apply for BREEAM certification for its Warsaw Jasna 26 project and hopes to achieve a grade of ‘Very Good’.
