In all, the building uses 56 pct energy than is required under the Czech building code. City Green Court is also the only building in the Czech Republic to have received LEED ‘Platinum’ certification for both its core and shell and commercial interiors.Tenants of the property include PwC, GlaxoSmithKline, Mainstream Technologies, Skanska Property and Skanska Real Estate. The developer of the 16,400 sqm building, Skanska, sold it to Deka Immobilien in Q4 2012 for EUR 53.7 mln.
