Among the eco-friendly measures employed in the building are waterless urinals, dual flush toilets and low-flow taps, which provide annual water savings of 35 pct. Rainwater is also captured in underground tanks and integrated with the supply. A lighting control system has been installed that works in conjunction with natural daylight, while the building's construction has also utilised a substantial amount of local materials. In all, the building uses 56 pct energy than is required under the Czech building code. City Green Court is also the only building in the Czech Republic to have received LEED ‘Platinum’ certification for both its core and shell and commercial interiors.Tenants of the property include PwC, GlaxoSmithKline, Mainstream Technologies, Skanska Property and Skanska Real Estate. The developer of the 16,400 sqm building, Skanska, sold it to Deka Immobilien in Q4 2012 for EUR 53.7 mln.
