The building is the second project, after Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich, to have been carried out by LHI on ul. Chmielna and it has just received a LEED ‘Gold’ certificate. The entire retail area of the facility is occupied by a Smyk store offering children’s accessories. Chmielna 25 is a seven-storey class ‘A’ facility with a retail and service area of app. 1,700 sqm on the -1 and 0 levels, as well as app. 3,800 sqm of office space. It has been designed by the Bulanda, Mucha Architekci studio, while the general contractor of the project was Budner.
