POLAND Ghelamco Poland’s Warsaw office project – Łopuszańska Business Park – has obtained a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level.
This is the seventh office building from this developer to have received a green certificate. The Łopuszańska Business Park complex scored 67 pct in the BREEAM evaluation process. The two office buildings, which are located on ul. Łopuszańska in the Włochy district of the city, are 90 pct leased by Alior, Allianz and Cemex. In addition, the project is the official partner of the GreenBuilding Programme of the European Commission, which promotes solutions aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings.
