Triple environmental certification

Preserving the environment is at the heart of Solarwind project from conception to completion, and for each part of the building:
Choice of the envelope (design, orientation, materials and sealing).
Study of all renewable energy in the context of a neutral building CO2 emissions: Urban wind turbines, photovoltaic and thermal solar panels, pellet boiler (wood), geothermal, buying green electricity.
Sustainable management of the water cycle: reduction of consumption and collection of rainwater for use (adiabatic cooling, water for health), maintaining retention capacity of the soil.
Recovery of waste (zero garbage concept and workflow management).

The first (administrative) function is accompanied by facing the well-being and comfort of the tenants services.
