    The office building is made up of two sections: a nine-storey longitudinal section with arcading at the front, which the second U-shaped five-storey section harmoniously surrounds. The building is currently being fully renovated and modernised. At the same time, the two sections of the building will be given a completely new façade, which will give the office complex an unmistakable identity.

    The surface design of the façade takes the various shapes of the buildings into consideration, simultaneously accentuating the dynamics of the individual buildings. The colouring in light shades of grey and white gives the building located along the Danube Canal a silvery shimmer, which was also the inspiration for its name: “Silbermöwe” (“Silver Seagull”).

    A 500 m² outdoor garden area, terraces and a diverse courtyard design (atrium) provide natural retreat and communication areas, which enable a high occupancy quality.
